The Unsound 2025 theme is WEB , applied to a cluster of autumn festivals with Kraków (Oct 7–12) at its heart, alongside Osaka (Sept 5–7), and New York (Oct 30–Nov 2). In a global context, WEB refers to the building of cultural networks across borders, zones and scenes. WEB also references the early internet, and its optimistic air of radical possibility, now transformed into a wider online and IRL matrix of control, seduction, coercion and desire.
