RSS B0YS is a mysterious duo from Poland. Their buoyant, shamanistic take on techno, almost fully improvised live on stage, transports the audience into a ritual frenzy. Their identity remains hidden, andthe anonymity provides them with freedom to experiment and innovate.
The anonymous musicians met, legend has it, in Benin. They released several albums, starting their adventure with two: W D0NT BLV N HYP and TH T00TH 0F TH FTR as part of Mik Musik‘s Secret Series. Freedom of choice is important – from African deserts to European dancefloors. Atoms, elements, ethnical rattles, something once called techno and heavy chain reactions. Bass matters. Masks matter. They fight the idea of an ego.
Their latest album HDDN was released in the beginning of this year together with BDTA.
They also do sound installations.
